North East Florida Citadel Club

About the Club
The Northeast Florida Citadel Club (NEFCC) was first organized in 1950 as the Jacksonville Citadel Club. The name was changed to the Northeast Florida Citadel Club in 1984 as an effort to include nearby communities. The Club functions to promote The Citadel in our community and provides activities for Alumni, Cadets, future Cadets (as well as their families), and Friends of The Citadel in the Jacksonville, Florida and surrounding areas. This Club has won the prestigious “Gold Star” Club Award for the years 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2009. The Club’s continued success and viability are dependent on the support and participation of Alumni in the Northeast Florida area. Our Board of Directors is constantly seeking “new blood” to help plan and perpetuate participation in Club activities (any level of help is always appreciated!). RSVP

Local parents have a chance to meet other parents of current cadet upperclassmen and other incoming knobs'. Incoming freshmen knobs can meet their soon to be classmates and some upperclassmen from the local area. This opportunity gives local Citadel families a chance to discuss their thoughts about having a cadet at the school. Question about academics, cadet life and trading stories occurs when the incoming cadets have a meeting with current cadets and alumni. While the parents meet in another session with current cadet parents. Food will be provided. Saturday July 17th from 6pm-8pm Only two to three "young" grads will be invited and two to three upperclassmen will be invited. The parents of current cadet Paspalaris will be hosting.
